Nags Head Church is a group of regular people who want to honor our Lord Jesus Christ and encourage each other to grow in our walk with Him.

Services are live and in person at 9 and 11 AM.   Our services generally go about 75 minutes.

What are your services like?

Whether it is through music, prayer, or preaching, God's word is at the center of all of our gatherings.  Each service includes a time of worship in music,  prayer, preaching, and giving. The sermons are built on God’s Word, not the pastor's ideas, and aim at transforming our lives to be more like Jesus Christ. A Remote Viewing Room is available for those in need of less volume and lighting effects.

Where should I park?

First time guests are asked to turn their hazards lights on so that our parking team volunteers can direct you to one our our VIP parking spaces.  We have several handicapped parking spaces for your convenience if needed.

Where should I go when I enter the building?

We have guides located on the sidewalks and at the front door who would be happy to help you find where you need to go whether you need to check in a child at the NHC Kids Kiosk or grab a cup of coffee from the coffee bar.  Our building is easy to navigate and we have plenty of volunteers on our First Impressions team who can take you where you need to go.

Do you provide childcare?

We offer nursery care for infants and toddlers.

For children ages 3 through 5th grade, we provide NH Kids’ worship, where kids learn and worship at their own level.

All adults serving in our nursery and children’s ministry have completed a background check.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to register and check your child into NH Kids.

What should I wear?

We are more concerned about you and your presence with us than we are with what you wear. At Nags Head Church you will rarely see a sport coat and almost never see a tie.  Most people dress casually and relaxed.

On summer vacation? Here are some estimated times to get from the different OBX towns to the church:
Corolla - 45 minutes to an hour
Duck - 35 minutes
Kitty Hawk - 25 minutes
Kill Devil Hills - 20 minutes
South Nags Head - 15 minutes
Manteo - 15 minutes
